We install Ice & Water barrier to form a barrier against leaks in the most vulnerables parts of a roof: valleys eaves, rakes, and around flashing.

We upgrade all roofs to synthetic felt to protect any decking not covered by Ice & Water barrier
Using 3-tab shingles for starter and ridge cap
We use starter strip shingles and ridge cap shingles to protect against blow off
