Excellent experience working with Hisway Roofing. They walked us through the process of talking to insurance and were very patient with answering all our questions. The communication from day 1 was extremely professional and efficient. Also, they were very clear and patient with us picking out colors/materials. Our roof looks great and we are very pleased with the overall customer service. They also took extra time to make sure everything was cleaned up. Highly recommended!

After a tree fell on our house, we worked with Hisway Roofing for all the repairs, and they were great to work with from start to finish. Ryan, Bryce, and everyone on the team were professional, courteous, and always on time. They handled everything - rebuilding the eave, replacing the roof, gutters, trim, lights, and painting. It all looks as good as new (better actually). They also kept us in the loop every step of the way, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I had a great experience with Hisway Roofing. Jaime was extremely thorough and attentive when he came out to inspect our roof. He carefully looked at the concerns we had with our soffits and fascia and took detailed photos so we could clearly see the issues. Jaime explained everything and let us know he would return the next business day to complete the repairs. True to his word, he came back promptly, kept us informed throughout the process, and delivered exactly what he promised. The repairs were completed as described and the entire experience was professional and straightforward. I'm extremely pleased with Hisway Roofing and the job they did on our complete roof replacement. Dillon was our contact throughout the process and was very easy to work with. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and communicated all steps along the way so at any point we knew exactly where we were in the process and what the next steps would be. They worked with our adjustor and insurance company so I really didn't have to do much other than file an insurance claim online and manage the payment transfer. Yes, due to hail damage insurance ended up covering our entire roof! The crew busted out the majority of the work in one full 8am-8pm day and finished up in just a few hours the following day. Garrett managed the job, was also a pleasure to work with and I didn't have to do anything. The crew worked their rears off, were professional, respectful, nice and cleaned everything up without issues. They even have someone come out afterward with a high-powered magnet to grab any hidden nails that may have remained which means a lot considering I have kids and pets. Also, I was really expecting a noise nightmare from inside the house but was pleasantly surprised that I was able to keep working from my home office and not have to seek asylum at a Starbucks for the day. :) Neighbors weren't bothered either and our pets didn't freak out so a win all-around!

Lucy Goosey is very thankful to have a new roof over her head! Her humans weren’t sure what to expect but this team made it easy from being available to speak with insurance adjusters to supplying shingle samples. The crew was great from start to finish. Lucy wasn’t expecting a one day turn-around on the roofing itself but they got it done! They took care to place netting over the shrubs and used a metal roller in an effort to collect any loose nails at the end of the day. Ask for Tyler to be your project manager- he’s a good gander! Now Lucy can keep dry while she watches for delivery drivers and tricks the neighbourhood doggies into believing she is a real goose!

Working with Tyler and Morgan has made getting my new roof a breeze. Great group to work with! 👏 They removed and replaced my shingles in 1 day, allowing me to only have to move my pets and my office for 1 day. This was ideal and much appreciated.

Tyler from Hisway Roofing was great to work with from the inspection thru the installation. He was very quick to respond to my numerous questions and helped me with filing and understanding my insurance claim. The crew worked 14 hours the first day and 10 hours the second day to complete our complex roof. They cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof inspection, roof repair or a new roof. We love our new roof - thanks Tyler!
